This place needs a better office manager. Patients routinely are waiting longer than their appointment time, messages from those who answer the phones to the supervisor get mixed up, and the response to urgent matters is pitiful. A positive note however should go to the Psychiatrist Dr. Glitz. Professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Additionally the waiting room is congested and visually more busy than a mental illness office should be, as it should be a calm environment with consistent paint, color, and theme to help the patients relax before contacting their doc.

Harry Smith enables me to analyze my thoughts and he has helped me through the darkest of times. He helps me to see my own value and he is amazing at his job.

My teenage son just started seeing Dr. Griffith and he is excellent. My son is rather anti-social, but talks with the doctor through full session without complaint and seems to like him (this is a big deal, in our experience). He's encouraging my son to work through his problems and talk with us more. Big difference so far!
