In reading all the reviews, I would like to know if anyone has insight on the FL location as actually "patient care"? The heading for these reviews are listed as the MI location. I am researching the FL location and would like to know if anyone has detailed information (insight) from an actual personal experience (either immediate family member or themselves)? Please share if so. Thanks!

I received Physical Therapy at Eisenhower Center following recent knee issues as an out-patient employee. The Physical Therapy department was very professional from my past experience with another PT company following my auto accident about 10 years ago. The therapist I worked with listened to my concerns and helped develop a plan with my input. I would HIGHLY recommend Physical Therapy from Eisenhower Center.

I had a reverse shoulder surgery and had outpatient physical therapy at EC. My first day my therapist put me at ease by telling me that she had researched my surgery over the weekend. I have nothing but praise for my therapist and those that filled in for her. They are very patient and compassionate therapists. I was challenged which helped me get back to work in a timely manner.

The After the Impact Program (ATI) at the Eisenhower center in Manchester, Michigan saved my life, literally. I was injured overseas in 2013 and have been through the ringer of military medicine and I had lost all hope until a family member called Eisenhower center and Maggie got me there within 2 weeks. What makes this place unique and work so well is that they have various specialists all working together to address the different ways traumatic brain injury effect the individual patient ie. Neurology, Endocrinology, psychiatry etc. These physicians are all working in sync mainly because there is a head nurse in the ATI program name Marsha who actually knows how to utilize them and identify who you need to see. That woman is a miracle worker if you or struggling with tbi or ptsd or a combination of the two. I had a coordinator (Laura) who handled every single detail of my rehabilitation so there was no stress on my end. They were even able to find me a charity to cover the bill and worked with the clinics and pharmacy for me ( I live all the way in Maryland) to get all my medications filled for me and paid for by my insurance (one of the meds is 3k a month and it is completely covered thanks to Marsha and the Endocrinology clinic they use!) The program is for NFL players, veterans and first responders and everyone becomes a family and all the staff treat you like family (there is actually a lady we call mom there because she takes such good care of us). The daily therapys consist of recreational, speech, ocupational, massage, phsycotherapy, group therapy, physical therapy and even a nutritionist. They transported us to a nice gym everyday and will tailor the program to meet every ones specific needs (and they really will do some extradonary things to make you confortable) The food is amazing and is all you can eat for the most part and you do lots of fun trips and activities in your off time. Everything at the ranch is first class amenities( everything new, flat screens in your room with a large cozy bed -no roomate- and plenty of lounge areas in and around the place for everyone to hang out. The place is beautiful. Its literally a working farm and you can spend as much time as you want playing with the therapy animals (ducks, horse, pony etc) I owe my life to Eisenhower, they exceeded my wildest expectations and gave me and my family our lives back. I am forever grateful to these people. This is truely the holy grail of rehabilitation you will not find another place like this trust me I've tried them all.
